My clients are my friends, and I love getting to know you and immersing myself in the process. This so much more to me than just a job, it’s my art and I highly value my time getting to know you!

One of the photographers I followed awhile ago shared some photos of a wedding he captured and it truly changed how I approach my work. I remember I loved how he not only captured the special moments between the bride and groom, but so many others that sometimes may be overlooked. Sweet looks from family members and friends, a quick hug between the bride and her mother, grandparents reminiscing alone in a pew, little kids running around joyfully, a small pin in memory of the groom’s family member. I wanted my work to emulate that attention for detail, and it’s something I remind myself before any shoot I do.

I believe the small moments are just as important as the big ones, it’s truly all in the details. This is why I consider my approach to be a documentary or cinematic style.
